- Annual Salary: $60,000-$75,000, commensurate with experience

- Help launch and grow Sanford Sports Golf Academy programming in Rapid City, creating a year-round development pathway for junior and adult golfers throughout the Black Hills.

- Ensure the Rapid City academy remains closely aligned with the established Sanford Sports Golf Academy vision in Sioux Falls and Fargo, creating consistent coaching standards, curriculum, athlete development pathways and family experiences across all locations.

- Co-lead the academy's junior programming vision, structure, curriculum and day-to-day delivery while supporting adult individual and small-group instruction.

- Build trusted relationships with families, schools, golf courses, clubs, coaches, community organizations and Sanford partners across the market.

- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to business development, program enrollment, community outreach and the introduction of new services.

- Coordinate client schedules, registration, billing and academy technology while communicating consistently with athletes, families and Sanford Sports leadership.

- Support program operations, budgeting, facility scheduling and the coordination of additional academy coaches under the direction of academy leadership.
