<p>The Director of Golf serves as the strategic and operational leader of all golf-related activities at Miramont Country Club. The position is responsible for delivering an exceptional golf experience for Members and guests through leadership of golf operations, instruction programs, tournaments, merchandising, staffing, budgeting and Member engagement initiatives. The Director of Golf works collaboratively with the General Manager, Director of Agronomy and other departments to ensure the golf operation aligns with the Club's mission, service standards, financial objectives and long-term strategic plan. The Director of Golf serves as a visible ambassador of the Club and actively cultivates Member relationships while promoting participation in golf programs and events.</p>
