Golf Cart Attendant

Crystal Springs Resort is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Golf Cart Attendants to join our golf operations team. As a Golf Cart Attendant, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests from the moment they arrive until the completion of their round. Responsibilities Greet and welcome all golfers with a warm, professional attitudeProvide outstanding customer service and ensure every guest receives prompt attentionAssist golfers with bag drop and club handling servicesClean and organize guests' golf clubs before and after their roundsPrepare, clean, and inspect golf carts to ensure they meet resort standardsStock each golf cart with scorecards, pencils, and any required materialsMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the cart staging and bag drop areasProactively engage with guests and offer assistance whenever neededFollow all opening, operational, and closing proceduresCommunicate guest needs, concerns, and operational issues to supervisorsAssist with additional golf operations duties as assignedQualifications Strong customer service and communication skillsFriendly, outgoing, and professional demeanorAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsWell-groomed appearance and willingness to follow resort dress standardsMust be at least 17 years oldValid driver's license requiredAvailability to work through the fall seasonWeekday daytime availability is requiredCompensation Hourly rate plus tips **This is NOT a Beverage Cart Attendant position, and is not responsible for selling beverages and food to golfers.* Enjoy Crystal Springs Employee Perks!
