Golf Course Maintenance Worker

Duties Operate and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules and healthy turf growthPerform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep the course visually appealingUse hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment to perform routine maintenance on greens, fairways, bunkers, and surrounding landscapesAssist with lawn care activities such as aeration, overseeding, and pest control to promote healthy turf conditionsConduct landscaping projects including planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery to enhance course aestheticsMaintain course features by repairing or replacing damaged landscaping elements and ensuring safety standards are metSupport overall maintenance operations by cleaning equipment, recording work performed, and reporting any issues or hazards promptlyQualifications Prior experience or familiarity with landscape maintenance, gardening, or turf management is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidatesKnowledge of irrigation systems, lawn care techniques, horticulture principles, and landscaping best practices is a plusAbility to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners as well as power tools like trimmers and blowers safely and effectivelyStrong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining course quality standardsPhysical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periodsExcellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude focused on delivering outstanding course conditionsJoin us in creating an exceptional golf experience!
