WHAT WE'RE SEEKING Are you a PGA professional who loves teaching the game as much as growing the people around you? Do you combine technical expertise with the ability to coach, inspire, and connect with guests at every level?

We are looking for a Director of Instruction who can build and lead Topgolf's golf instruction platform at their venue, driving lesson volume, developing Lead Instructors, and creating programming that keeps guests coming back to grow their game.

WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead Golf Instruction Coordinate, schedule, and deliver individual and group golf lessons for guests of all skill levelsUtilize swing analysis technology, launch monitors, and teaching aids in all instruction programsWalk the tee line during peak times to market the instruction platform and offer impromptu lessonsDirect tournaments, leagues, summer camps, and player development series at the venue Grow the Instruction Platform Grow the golf instruction program through marketing, community outreach, and partnershipsWork with the events team to promote and integrate lessons into event programmingSupervise information requests related to lesson schedules and instructional seriesDevelop and implement player development series ideas that drive engagement and repeat visits Manage and Develop Instructors Manage and develop co
