Ensure excellent customer service. /span/ppbEssential Functions:/b/ppspanInterviews, selects, trains and supervises food amp; beverage staff./span spanOrganizes and conducts pre-shift and department meetings./span spanSchedules and directs food amp; beverage staff in their work assignments./span spanInteracts with guests; promoting food amp; beverage facilities, products and services./span spanRecognizes and resolves guest complaints and concerns./span spanMaintains food quality and service standards for location. /span spanControls food amp; beverage costs including payroll, equipment, supplies and products./span spanMaintains accurate inventory and appropriate supply levels./span spanMaintains cleanliness and organization of food amp; beverage work areas and facility./span spanUtilizes prescribed cash handling procedures to accurate charge guests, create forecast and revenue reports and write correspondence./span spanProvides direct service to guests as needed, including serving tables, bussing tables, seating guests and general clerical/cashier duties./span spanEnsures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations./span spanPerforms special projects delegated by management./span spanStays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the location./span/pp/ppbspanQUALIFICATIONS/span/b/ppspanTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
