Server - Bobby Jones Pub & Grill

Interlachen Country Club is seeking servers for our restaurant, the Bobby Jones Pub & Grill. Our team provides exceptional fine dining service and a welcoming environment for our members. Responsibilities and Expectations:

Enhance our member experience by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and striving to be the best part of each member's day.Share menu highlights, and details, and make personalized recommendations.Handle challenges gracefully, finding the path to yes.Stay informed on the menu and wine list and be able to explain dishes and recommend wine pairings to our members.Uphold brand standards by contributing to daily tasks and cleaning to ensure readiness for service.Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture.

Ideal Qualifications and Attributes:

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GEDAt least 1-3 years of experience in a restaurant and serving position. Club experience is a plusStrong wine knowledge, including pairings and proper wine serviceDeep knowledge of Wine, Liquor, Beer, Food & Proper ServiceExperience with restaurant POS system is a plusMust be 18 years or olderAttributes

This is a part-time position. Open availability is strongly preferred, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shifts range from 4–8 hours.Sundays are required.Salary, Benefits, and Perks:
