The Beverage Cart Attendant provides mobile refreshments to members and guests during their golf game in a courteous and professional manner. This role requires strong communication skills, etiquette, and attention to detail while maintaining a high level of customer service on the course. Candidates must maintain open availability. Scheduling will align with operational requirements and may vary based on business demand. 7 days a week Monday-Sunday with flexibility and lateral service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES As a Beverage Cart Attendant, you are responsible for providing exceptional service to guests on the golf course. Your duties include, but are not limited to: Performing monthly inventory of cart supplies and restocking as needed Possessing basic knowledge of cocktail preparation and confidently crafting any beverages ordered by guests Demonstrating understanding of golf course etiquette to ensure a respectful and seamless guest experience Lifting and transporting heavy items required for stocking and maintaining the beverage cart Operating a golf cart safely and efficiently throughout the course EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Excellent communication and customer service skills. Food and beverage experience is a plus. Valid driver's license required. CERTIFICATIONS TIPS & Serve Safe Certification Valid State Driver's License PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds.
