Director of Agronomy — Lead 54‑Hole Resort Golf

Cragun’s Legacy Courses is seeking an experienced Director of Agronomy to lead the agronomic operations of a 54-hole golf destination in Minnesota. You will manage greens, tees, fairways, and practice areas while developing long-term plans and overseeing a 45+ person team, including seasonal workers. The role involves strategic oversight of irrigation, water management, and course infrastructure, with collaboration across ownership, resort leadership, and events to elevate playing conditions and
