Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies. Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
Must have a “Service Attitude” and be able to balance duties in a fast-paced environment.
Assure the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of all dining areas and ensure that proper steps are taken to resolve issues.
Excellent communication skills both to employees, managers, and ownership.
Regular and prompt attendance, expected during peak times of business.
Be able to have fun while providing top-notch service.
Be coachable and motivated to grow.
Qualifications:
Proven food and beverage experience
ServSafe certification is preferred
Experience in a kitchen preparing food in fast paced environment without compromising quality and safety
