Position: Full-Time / Structure TBD
Compensation: Primarily Commission-Based — Structure TBDTerritory: Eau Claire / Chippewa Valley and surrounding markets, with travel as needed

We're looking for a Golf Simulator Sales & Installation Specialist to help customers take a simulator project from initial idea through completed installation.
This is a unique position combining consultative sales, golf technology, project coordination, and hands-on installation. The ideal candidate understands golf, enjoys working with customers, is mechanically capable, and is motivated by a performance-driven compensation structure.
Rather than handing a customer from salesperson to installer, you'll have the opportunity to understand the project, recommend the appropriate solution, and help deliver the finished product.
What You'll Do
Meet with prospective simulator customers and identify their goals, budget, available space, and intended useConduct showroom demonstrations and consultationsAssist with in-home and on-site consultationsEducate customers on simulator technology, components, features, and available optionsDevelop appropriate simulator recommendations and project proposalsFollow up with leads and prospective customersBuild and maintain a simulator sales pipelineCoordinate project details from sale through installationMeasure and evaluate prospective installation spacesAssist customers in understanding room, electrical, lighting, ceiling-height, and other installation considerationsInstall simulator components and related equipmentConfigure and test simulator hardware and softwareProvide customers with basic post-installation trainingTroubleshoot installation and equipment issuesMaintain accurate customer and project recordsDevelop referral and business relationships that generate future simulator salesRepresent Pin Club professionally in customers' homes and businessesCoordinate with Pin Club management, vendors, manufacturers, and other contractors when necessaryProvide appropriate post-sale follow-up and customer serviceWhat We're Looking For
The strongest candidate will combine sales ability with hands-on capability.
You should be:
Comfortable selling premium products through consultation rather than pressureMotivated by commission and performance-based compensationComfortable developing and following up with sales leadsKnowledgeable about golf or strongly interested in the gameComfortable learning golf simulator hardware and softwareMechanically inclined and confident using basic toolsComfortable measuring spaces and following installation specificationsDetail-oriented and organizedAble to communicate clearly with customers throughout a projectComfortable working independentlyProfessional when working inside customers' homes and businessesCapable of troubleshooting problems when an installation doesn't go exactly as plannedAble and willing to travel throughout the applicable sales and installation territoryAble to perform the physical requirements associated with equipment installationPreferred Experience
Previous experience in any combination of the following would be valuable:

This position is expected to have a primarily commission-based compensation structure, rewarding successful simulator sales and completed projects.
Final compensation may include a combination of:
Base/hourly compensation + sales commission + potential installation compensation/bonuses, depending on the final structure.
Specific commission rates and compensation terms will be established before hiring.
