Hope Valley Country Club, located in Durham, North Carolina, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for Beverage Cart Attendants. Founded in 1926, Hope Valley is an elite private club featuring a classic Donald Ross designed golf course, state-of-the-art tennis facility, resort-style pool complex, and a spacious, welcoming clubhouse offering its members first-class recreation, dining, and programming. Hope Valley is ideally situated in the heart of one of Southeast's most vibrant, exciting areas. Responsibilities:Drive the beverage cart around the golf course to serve members and guestsSell and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and light snacksProvide friendly, attentive service while maintaining a professional demeanorAccurately handle transactions and maintain proper cash or POS proceduresEnsure the beverage cart is stocked, clean, and organized throughout the shiftFollow all club policies and responsible alcohol service guidelinesCommunicate with the clubhouse team to maintain proper inventory levelsSchedule: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and some evenings, depending on golf play and club events. Required SkillsMust be at least 21 years of agePrevious hospitality or customer service experience preferredFriendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyReliable and dependable team playerProfessional appearance and positive attitudePhysical Demands & Work Environment Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
