<p>Opened in 1953, Paradise Valley Country Club is a member-owned private club located in Paradise Valley, Arizona. As one of the most storied and historic clubs in "The Valley," PVCC is home to nearly 1,200 members who enjoy a vibrant club atmosphere centered around golf, racquet sports, fitness, dining, and social activities.</p>
<p>In addition to our endlessly enjoyable and walkable golf course, originally designed by Lawrence Hughes and later renovated by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw in 2014, members enjoy an active Women's Golf Association (WGA), two annual member-guest tournaments, our premier Member-Member Championship, and a variety of weekly events and golf games. The club also features a state-of-the-art three-bay Golf Learning Center offering instruction, club repair, and custom club fitting services.</p>

The Golf Professional Staff is responsible for delivering world-class tournaments and events, managing a robust and detail-oriented golf operation, and providing personalized service that consistently exceeds member expectations.</p>

<p>The Assistant Golf Professional at Paradise Valley Country Club plays a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality, service, and golf expertise to our members and guests. This position works closely with the Director of Golf and First Assistant Golf Professional in all aspects of the daily golf operation while gaining valuable experience in tournament administration, event execution, teaching and coaching, merchandising, and club management.</p>
<p>The qualified candidate will actively participate in all areas of golf operations and be committed to creating an outstanding member experience. Responsibilities include assisting with daily golf shop operations, tournament and event management, member engagement, pace of play, outside service oversight, and ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently maintained.</p>
<p>In addition, the Assistant Golf Professional will support the club's merchandising program by managing seasonal merchandise promotions and maintaining strong member relationships through regular communication and follow-up. Merchandising responsibilities include inventory management, product ordering and receiving, point-of-sale system management, budgeting, account reconciliation, and overall retail presentation.</p>
