F&B Supervisor — Banquets & Bar Ops

The Supervisor of Food & Beverage at Trilogy Bickford Ranch is responsible for coordinating and supervising F&B staff, ensuring peak performance and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced Club setting. This role reports to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager.

You'll work with the management team to uphold BlueStar Dining standards, train staff, manage events, and assist with budgeting while delivering outstanding guest experiences at The Ridge Wellness Social Club.
