Outside Golf Operations

Richmond Country Club is looking for an Operations Associate to join our team in Richmond, VA.

This position is responsible for the following:

Assist with the daily golf operations, including but not limited to cleaning, washing and maintaining golf carts. Keep the cart line stocked. Set up driving range/practice facility as well as maintain the area. Picking the driving range and cleaning the range balls. Assisting members with golf bags and club storage. Maintain the cart barn. Assist with golf outings and events. Ensure that all guest needs are met and that all safety protocols are followed. Assist with special projects as assigned. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Job Duties: The duties of this position may change as business needs require.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
