This role supports daily management of the range bar, and event services, with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support Food & Beverage staff Provide coaching and encourage team engagement Ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and safety Manage shift coverage and task delegation Interact with guests and resolve issues promptly Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or golf course management 1+ recent year in an Assistant Manager role (restaurant or golf setting preferred) Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills High energy and a positive attitude Ability to work in varying weather conditions Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Able to stand/walk for long periods and use stairs as needed Why Join Us?
