We’re looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing individual who can promote sales in our Golf Shop, by providing exceptional customer service.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engage, interact and greet membership and guests when entering the Pro Shop Prepare merchandise check-in, receive, steam and ticket Responsible for the upkeep of the shop and the monitoring of the fitting and stockrooms Assist with trunk shows, fashion shows and special events Place and process Special orders Assist with monthly inventory Answer phone calls and provide clerical support to Golf Staff when needed Possess a friendly and outgoing demeanor as well as a professional appearance Works closely with Lead Merchandiser and Director of Retail

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Must be member service-oriented Must have strong leadership, communication and organization skills 3 years merchandise experience required Knowledge of the game of golf is required; Country Club experience preferred Experience with basic computer functions is helpful Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
