The Kingdom Experience and Fitting Manager reports to the European Brand Director and is based at The Kingdom at The Grove, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. You will lead the fitting team and oversee all guest experience, fitting and retail operations, ensuring a consistent, highly premium experience for a wide range of clients including the public, media guests, Tour players, PGA Professionals, and corporate VIPs. Your responsibilities include managing daily scheduling, executing club fittings and events, maintaining service excellence, and leveraging advanced technologies such as GEARS, TaylorMade MFE, Quintic, Foresight and Trackman. What You’ll Be Doing Oversee the premium consumer journey and fitting experience for all guests, representing The Kingdom as a highly advanced, technical, and premium performance centre. Manage The Kingdom staff to ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure for all guests. Drive The Kingdom performance using established business metrics for commercial targets and The Kingdom’s mission and experience KPIs. Hold budget management responsibility for The Kingdom. Act as the resident expert on equipment and fitting and train fellow Kingdom fitting representatives, retail staff and other TaylorMade employees. Travel to develop fitting knowledge and ensure that The Kingdom standards of fitting experience and club building align with other locations. Identify elements in the fitting process to continuously improve and standardise the fitting experience. Responsible for all physical inventory on site and communicate inventory requirements to maintain service needs. Provide expert fitting for the complete range of skill levels, from Tour athletes to average golfers, across all ages and genders. Maintain a high level of working knowledge of myFittingEXP, GEARS, Trackman, GC Quad, Quintic and other fitting systems and use that expertise to enhance the Kingdom experience. Maintain an understanding of industry equipment trends, focusing on key components related to club and putter building and their impact on fitting and performance. Deliver club building with appropriate training and adjustment of golf equipment. Work collaboratively with The Grove team to ensure a seamless and professional experience for guests. When required, feature in and help create custom fitting video content with TaylorMade Content Team. What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in a high-performance environment with the ability to manage team responsibilities independently. Substantial experience and deep expertise in golf club fitting with expert knowledge of golf products and swing mechanics. Ability to build strong relationships and confidently engage with a wide range of guests, including Tour players, VIPs and senior corporate stakeholders. Strong understanding of fitting technologies and systems (Trackman, GC Quad, GEARS) with advanced knowledge of golf terminology. Proactive self-starter with a strong collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams. PGA qualification preferred, with substantial industry experience and a high level of golf proficiency. Proficiency using computer systems such as Excel, with experience in reporting and database management. Why Join Us?
