Line Cook / Prep Cook - Full Time Day and Evening Shift

Line Cooks Wanted Spring Mill Country Club is seeking multiple line cooks for full-time/part-time hours to join our team. We are a private country club, but our restaurant is open to the public. Our restaurant offers a casual, family-friendly atmosphere and a wide range of specialties and favorites to satisfy various tastes.

A minimum of two years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking Food safety certification is preferred Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards Maintains cleanliness and complies with food safety requirements by safely handling and ensuring proper storage Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs Health, dental, and vision benefits are available ~Short and long-term disability ~ Life insurance ~ Holidays
