Assistant Golf Pro Guest Experience & Operations

Pearl Country Club in Aiea, HI is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Golf Professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support daily golf operations. The role includes sales, merchandise, POS usage, handicap and tee sheet management, and various on-course duties at Troon-managed facilities. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in golf, PGA member or apprentice status, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hourly pay ranges from $15 to $18, with benefits as outlined by the club.
