Head Golf Professional Golf Course in Hendersonville, Tennessee is looking for a Head Golf Professional. Position Overview: This is an opportunity for an experienced golf operations professional who enjoys a hands-on role overseeing all aspects of clubhouse and golf operations. This position has become available due to the upcoming retirement of the current Head Golf Professional, who has provided many years of service to Country Hills Golf Club. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build upon a strong operational foundation while helping guide the facility into its next chapter of success. The Head Golf Professional / Clubhouse Manager will serve as the primary on-site leader for all customer-facing operations and work closely with Golf Management Group, the management company that operates Country Hills Golf Club on behalf of the City of Hendersonville. This position reports directly to Golf Management Group. Requirements • PGA Class A Member, required. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Head Golf Professional with responsibility for golf operations, staff management, customer service, merchandising, and financial performance. • Demonstrated success leading golf operations in a public, municipal, daily-fee, resort, or private club environment. • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Experience in recruiting, training, scheduling, and managing staff. • Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and operational performance. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as required by golf operations. • Proficiency with golf management software, point-of-sale systems, and standard business applications.
