Responsibilities include providing outstanding hospitality, coordinating and promoting social events and activities, and maintaining the pool deck’s cleanliness and organization. The coordinator will work closely with various club departments such as Food & Beverage and Recreation to create memorable, thematic experiences that appeal to members of all ages. A key part of the role is building strong relationships with members to understand their preferences and deliver personalized service that exceeds expectations. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, agility in multitasking within a busy and dynamic environment, and a creative mindset to continuously curate unique offerings. The coordinator will also serve as a liaison between members and club departments to ensure smooth operations and uphold club rules.
