The role of Member Experience and Engagement Coordinator at Columbine Country Club is an exciting opportunity for a personable, driven professional who thrives in social environments and is eager to enhance member interactions. This position primarily focuses on the pool deck area, where the coordinator ensures that every member and guest enjoys a seamless, enjoyable, and entertaining experience. Responsibilities include providing outstanding hospitality, coordinating and promoting social events and activities, and maintaining the pool deck’s cleanliness and organization. The coordinator will work closely with various club departments such as Food & Beverage and Recreation to create memorable, thematic experiences that appeal to members of all ages. High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work weekends holidays and peak summer hours
Ability to multitask and handle dynamic situations
Passion for hospitality and member service
Familiarity with private club etiquette preferred
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
