About the Role The Food & Beverage Manager is a leader across all dining operations of the Club — shaping the experience that brings our members and their families together. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes genuine pride in hospitality, builds strong teams, and runs a smooth, well-managed operation. We are looking for a leader with a natural sense of hospitality: someone warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in people, who can connect authentically with members of all ages and build the kind of trust that keeps families coming back. Strong operational and financial skills matter, but the right person leads first with care for people — members and staff alike. Reports to: Culinary Director Supervises: Supervisors, Lead Servers, and all Hourly Food and Beverage Staff Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and develop a strong, service-minded F&B team; plan onboarding and ongoing professional development. Manage staffing levels, schedules, and labor costs; approve weekly payroll. Set the tone for a warm, welcoming culture throughout the department. Member & Guest Experience Be visibly present on the floor, greeting members and overseeing service. Personally address member and guest concerns and follow up with the Culinary Director on resolutions. Maintain an accurate reservation system and monitor daily covers and business volume. Serve as manager-on-duty on a scheduled rotating basis. Operations & Financial Management Oversee charge procedures, ticket controls, POS reconciliation, and daily sales reporting. Approve invoices and manage inventory verification with the Accounting Department. Maintain vendor relationships and recommend outlet operating hours. Standards, Compliance & Safety Uphold food safety, alcohol service, and wage/hour compliance across all outlets. Maintain and update written standard operating procedures for revenue, cost control, and service. Monitor cleanliness, sanitation schedules, staff appearance, and upkeep of F&B equipment and spaces. Know and be ready to perform your role in emergency situations. Menu, Wine & Promotions Partner with the Culinary Director on menu design and new product evaluation. Help develop the wine list and wine-focused promotions. Support marketing and promotional planning for outlets and special club events.
