We have an immediate opening for a Grounds and Golf Course Maintenance tech. Will perform routine maintenance needs of the Grounds and Golf Course Maintenance Department under the general supervision of the Superintendent.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Performing routine daily work on grounds and golf courses.
Will operate equipment: such as mowing equipment, tractors, utility vehicles, aerification machine and greens roller, etc.
Will operate power hand tools such as weed eaters, edgers, blowers, chainsaws, and trimmers.
Use of manual hand tools such as shovels, hole cutters, hammers, rakes
Ability to work with others as a team and with a high level of productivity
Punctuality is a must
Ability to learn and progress in the role
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Detailed oriented, and able to follow specific directions.
Ability to make quick safe decisions and adherence to safety protocol of tools and equipment use.
Ability to operate gas powered handheld and riding equipment including but not limited to; line trimmers, power edgers, backpack blowers, saws, hedge trimmers, mowers and utility vehicles.
Able to operate specific equipment for grounds and golf maintenance operations
Company issued clothing must be worn while working on property
Must be able to adhere to policies and procedures at all times.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50lbs., operate landscape equipment and hand tools for extended periods of time. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat and walk long distances repetitively. Must work in various weather conditions. Must be able to pass a drug test.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
