Note: This position is located in Hawaii and you are required to have a REAL ID or Valid Passport to travel. Note: The expectation is that you will be in Hawaii for approximately 3-6 months.
Job Summary
The Golf Course Worker is responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and playability of the golf course and surrounding facilities. This role supports daily groundskeeping operations and helps ensure an excellent experience for members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Mow, trim, and edge greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and landscaped areasRake bunkers and maintain sand trapsWater turf, plants, and trees using irrigation systems or manual methodsAssist with course setup, including moving tee markers, cups, signs, and ropesRepair divots, ball marks, and other course damageOperate and maintain golf course equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, carts)Perform basic maintenance on equipment and report mechanical issuesKeep grounds, paths, and facilities clean and free of debrisFollow all safety procedures and environmental guidelinesAssist with special projects and seasonal tasks as neededAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors for extended periodsComfortable working in varying weather conditionsSkills & Attributes
