The Colts Neck Golf Club, a semi-private golf club in Monmouth County, NJ, is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our Food and Beverage team. The candidate will be a strong leader and must have knowledge of food, beverage and wine. A hospitality or related degree is preferred. Job Summary: Responsible for all food and beverage operations and services for the club. Hire, train and supervise personnel. Develop and implement programs to increase revenue. Monitor food costs, budgets, and inventories. Assure that the wants and needs of club members and guests are consistently exceeded.
The salary for this position is commensurate with experience.
