PGA Associate or Class A Member preferred (Level 1,2 or 3 certification in the PGA PGM program preferred).
Essential Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be a part of all aspects of golf operations, including tournament management, junior programs and daily operations. A key priority is fostering team development and collaborating with other departments to build a cohesive, high-performing team. This position requires versatility, with responsibilities extending beyond traditional golf operations, and a proactive approach to enhancing our culture. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality is essential—always with a warm smile and best effort—ensuring that members, guests, and families feel truly welcomed and valued every time they visit Freestone.
Tactical Skills:
Tournament Operations – Assist in planning and execution of member events and tournaments, ensuring seamless logistics and exceptional experiences.
Merchandising – Assist in displaying, and managing inventory to optimize the retail experience.
Microsoft Office – Utilize Excel, Word, and other platforms for event management, reporting, and communication.
Adaptive Skills:
Culture Engineer – Foster an environment where team members feel valued, empowered, and motivated.
Organized & Detail-Oriented – Effectively manage multiple priorities and maintain high operational standards.
Adaptable & Hands-On – Be willing to contribute to all areas of the operation, including outside traditional golf responsibilities.
Developer of People – Lead, mentor, and support staff development to ensure professional growth within the team.
