Banquet & Events Maestro

Ballantyne Country Club, Inc. is seeking a Banquet Captain to lead events staff for weddings and large gatherings at the Charlotte club. You will set up event spaces, coordinate with chefs and catering, and ensure flawless service from start to finish.

The role requires managing wait staff, handling guest needs, and keeping events on schedule. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years in F&B or private clubs, strong communication, and leadership skills.
