About the position
Princess Anne Country Club is currently seeking for bartenders to work the Pool, Patio and Casual Dining areas of the club. This position is responsible for providing service to club members and their guests as well as the set-up and break down of bar areas. Our beautiful, 105 acre property features an 18-hole golf course, driving range, 11 tennis courts, two pickleball courts, fitness center, casual restaurant, aquatics complex and full-service clubhouse that includes two dining rooms, five event spaces, lounges/locker rooms for ladies and gentlemen, Kids Club 3800 babysitting and The Reef youth lounge. We value continuing education, cross-training and promoting from within. Cross-training may be available to become a server, bartender, fitness attendant, tennis attendant, babysitter, camp counselor, cook, housekeeper and more!
Responsibilities
Providing service to club members and their guestsSet-up and break down of bar areasMaintain a productive, clean and safe bar environmentPerform routine clean up and maintenance of bar equipmentMaintain, restock and rotate all bar productsRequirements
21+ years of age2 years prior bartending and serving experience requiredMust be knowledgeable in spirits, craft beers and have a creative approach to cocktail makingMust be able to follow recipes of existing cocktail listMust have a passion for hospitality, commitment to excellence, great communication skills and attention to detailUnderstand the importance of teamwork and must be able to work well with othersMust have a strong sense of urgency, be able to multitask and have the ability to prioritizeProfessional appearance (no facial piercings please)Must enjoy working at a country club atmosphereCandidates offered the position will be subject to a pre-employment background checkNice-to-haves
