In this location, Sensei Porcupine Creek, Sensei is operating the lodging operation, as well as world-class golf, tennis, spa, fitness, movement, nutrition, meditative, enrichment and body assessment facilities. In addition, Sensei will run the F&B operation, as part of a licensing agreement with Nobu. Position Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Golf Outside Services Attendant to deliver polished, anticipatory service to members and guests at a luxury semi-private golf club. This role is ideal for a seasoned golf-service professional who understands private-club etiquette, takes pride in presentation and organization, and can consistently create a seamless arrival, practice, play, and departure experience. The position supports daily golf operations through expert bag handling, cart preparation, practice-facility readiness, guest communication, and close coordination across departments.

Responsibilities:

Perform opening and/or closing duties of the daily operationEnsure clubhouse and snack areas are fully stockedPlace and deliver F&B orders for guestsRetrieve & clean golf balls from practice area, fill divots and ball pouchesEnsure golf carts are cleaned, detailed, fully stocked, and chargedClean all clubs for guests; clean and maintain rental equipmentMaintain cleanliness and order in bag room, cart shelter area, and range areaAssist with monthly physical inventoryWork closely with PAS & ES team to ensure smooth arrival and departure of guestsBecome familiar with booking & communication software as well as radiosAssist with golf events, tournamnents, or other golf engagementsAttend all employee meetingsCreate bag tags daily using laser engraverLeadership – Maintain a positive, upbeat role, promote and exemplify company values and represents departmental objectives and interests to internal and external customersCustomer Service – Follow up on complaints, questions, and concerns; respond to internal/external customer needs in a friendly, timely and efficient mannerTeamwork - Develop and promote teamwork and cooperation among co-workersSafety – Comply with established safe work practices and attend to all safety-related training provided or made available by the Company.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, & alcohol awareness standardsDue to the intimate nature of the resort with limited number of guests on property, we must assist teams laterally across all departments to support a seamless guest flow

Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry golf bags , boxes up to 50lbs. Comfortable standing and walking for long periodsComputer skills

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalentPGA Appentice preferredHigh end private club or luxury resort backgroundServSafe certifiedABC certified
