Director of Operations | Private Club Leader

Scioto Country Club in Columbus, OH seeks a Director of Operations to lead daily operations across facilities, security, food & beverage, and member services. The DO will be a highly visible, engaging leader who drives exceptional member experiences and coordinated teamwork under the GM/COO.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record managing high-end hospitality environments, strong budget and P&L skills, and the ability to mentor staff while upholding club traditions and growth.
