Banquet Server

CourseCo Inc-Fairview Weddings & Events Banquet Server Fairview Wedding & Events is looking to add superstar banquet servers to our team! We currently have seven locations in California and are growing! We are searching for part time Banquet Servers to join our Chardonnay location in American Canyon. This new location will perform over 100 weddings per year so if you are looking for a fun and active work environment this place is for you. This position has flexible hours- as event needs and times change on a week to week basis. Job Description The Banquet Server is a key member of the banquet team and is responsible for assisting the Director of Food & Beverage & Executive Chef in the oversight of all food & beverage operations at the property. This includes assisting in the daily execution of all banquet/dining functions at the property. The Banquet Server will apply all of their experience and knowledge to assuring outstanding guest service. This candidate must maintain a positive, *Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:** · Preferred 1-2 years of related experience in F&B · Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws · Must have food and beverage/ a la carte and banquet experience · Must be highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented · Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills · Must have strong service orientation *Responsibilities:** · Perform the correct policies and procedures · Assist with banquet set-up and breakdown of tables, decoration, equipment, serving areas and related activities in an accurate and timely manner · Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events/a la carte dining · Ensure satisfaction by communicating with the client throughout the event regarding any changes, substitutions or special requests · Responsible for serving clients during events (refilling drinks, delivering food, bussing tables, etc.) · Perform other duties assigned by manager or supervisor Total Compensation $18 to 20 per hour, plus gratuity Job Type: Part Time Benefits Golf BenefitsDiscounted merchandise Schedule Varies based on event schedule Work Location: In person Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits Employee discountFlexible schedule Ability to Commute American Canyon, CA 94503 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate American Canyon, CA 94503: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
