## Join Towne Park as a Golf Cart Attendant

Towne Park is an arrival-to-departure experience company that delivers seamless parking and hospitality solutions. We’re looking for friendly, safety-minded individuals to join our team at **Capital Region Medical Center (UMMS)** in Largo, MD.

### What You’ll Do

As a Golf Cart Attendant, you’ll provide safe, courteous transport for guests across the medical center campus. Your key responsibilities include:

- Shuttling guests to approved pick-up and destination points while following proper infection control procedures

- Learning and remembering all key locations: waiting rooms, amenities, property outlets

- Assisting patients with entering and exiting the vehicle (offering a hand for support only)

- Communicating by telephone, two-way radio, and in person in a friendly, professional manner – greet every guest within 30 seconds and use their last name when known

- Inspecting your vehicle at the start of each shift: headlights, turn signals, brake lights, interior lights, climate controls, mirrors, tire pressure, windshield wipers, and damage

- Reporting any vehicle malfunctions or damage to your manager immediately

- Protecting guest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and facility policies

### Compensation & Schedule

This is a **part‑time** role with an open‑availability schedule. Pay is **$16.50 per hour**, with competitive, fair compensation based on your skills, experience, and location.

### What We’re Looking For

- High school diploma or GED (required)

- At least **21 years old** (due to vehicle leasing contract requirements)

- A valid driver’s license – must pass annual/semiannual MVR checks

- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles

- One to three months of related experience or training

- Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course (provided by Towne Park)

- Must pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and MVR check, plus any additional client‑required screenings

- Solid reading, writing, and math skills (add/subtract three‑digit numbers, understand 24‑hour/military time)

- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions

- Capable of exerting up to 100 lbs of force occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 20 lbs constantly
