Position Summary
The Golf Operations Manager and Caddie Master serves as the heartbeat of the daily golf operation. This individual provides hands-on leadership and ensures that every operational detail is handled with consistency, professionalism, and urgency.
This position oversees the club's outside services and caddie program, ensuring that valet, practice facilities, cart staging, starter services, bag storage, and caddie operations are organized, properly staffed, and prepared to deliver an exceptional member and guest experience.
