About the position
This is a seasonal position that is responsible for the general maintenance of the golf course.

Responsible for setting up the golf course for daily and tournament useOperates all equipment efficiently, including tractors and attachmentsApplies pesticide and fertilizer applicationsPerforms bunker maintenanceOperates light hand equipment including weed whackers, push mowers, blowers, hand tools, etc.Performs hand wateringMaintains, lubricates and makes minor adjustments to golf course equipmentRequirements
High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious experience with the safe and efficient operation of all motorized equipmentMust have a valid driver’s license and be insurable through the company carrierGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to receive, understand, follow and retain written and verbal instructionsKnowledge of pesticides and their proper applicationUnderstanding of all relevant tools and equipment and their use, maintenance and repairWorking knowledge of irrigation systems and their repairUnderstanding of the rules and regulations of golfMust be able to walk, bend, stoop, stand and perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of timeMust be able to work outside in all types of weather conditionsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
