About Lone Tree Golf Club Lone Tree Golf Club is a semi-private, traditional-style golf facility located in Chandler, Arizona, near the San Tan Mountains. Designed by Darryl Wilson of the CMX Group and opened in 2001, Lone Tree features an 18-hole, par-71 championship golf course designed to provide an enjoyable challenge for golfers of all skill levels. Lone Tree has a strong history within Arizona golf and has hosted Southwest PGA events, PGA Tour and Nationwide Tour qualifiers, Arizona Golf Association events, and other competitive tournaments. The facility also features a fully stocked golf shop, extensive practice facilities, golf instruction and player-development programs, leagues, tournaments, and The Grille at Lone Tree overlooking the 18th hole. Position Overview Lone Tree Golf Club is seeking a motivated, dependable, and personable Assistant Golf Professional to join our golf operations team. This position works closely with the Head Golf Professional and Golf Shop Manager in the day-to-day operation of the golf facility. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a strong knowledge and passion for the game of golf, and understands the importance of providing outstanding customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the golf industry and gain hands-on experience in golf shop operations, tournament administration, merchandising, customer service, and overall golf operations. PGA Development Current PGA membership or PGA Associate status is not required , although candidates currently enrolled in—or interested in pursuing—the PGA Professional Golf Management pathway are encouraged to apply.
