JOB TITLE: Player Services Representative
REPORTS TO: Player Services Manager / Assistant Golf Professional
LOCATION: Copper Rock Golf Course, Hurricane, Utah
Position Summary
The Player Services Representative ensures a high-quality golf experience by supporting guests before, during, and after play. This includes golf cart prep, range service, pace-of-play monitoring, and maintaining course cleanliness, while delivering outstanding hospitality.
This position reports directly to the Player Services Manager and Assistant Golf Professional.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience: Greet and assist guests, answer questions, explain course rules, and ensure a welcoming environment.Golf Cart Operations: Stage, clean, and maintain carts; monitor cart safety and readiness.Range & Facility Maintenance: Set up and restock range stations, clean and service restrooms and water stations, and remove trash from course.Pace of Play: Act as Starter and Marshall to maintain flow and resolve delays.Course Support: Monitor cleanliness, fix divots and ball marks, and report course issues.Tournaments & Events: Assist with setup, coordination, and guest support.Requirements
Valid driver’s licenseCustomer service experience preferredKnowledge of golf etiquette preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet in outdoor conditionsFlexible availability including weekends and holidaysPerks & Benefits
