Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and motivated AM / PM Line Cooks to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their craft, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and are eager to learn and grow.
We are open six days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the season, and are committed to delivering an outstanding dining experience using the highest quality ingredients.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute dishes efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Set up and maintain the grill station with attention to detail
Stay attentive to production needs and communicate effectively with the team
Maintain a positive attitude and show respect for all team members
Ensure products are properly stocked and organized
Uphold cleanliness, organization, and kitchen standards
Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Qualifications
Ability to properly temp proteins
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Excellent communication skills
Culinary degree preferred, but not required
Morning: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
