About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and charismatic Head Golf Professional to lead their esteemed golf operations in Jacksonville, Florida . This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of the golf experience, from daily club operations to advanced player development programs.

You will be instrumental in fostering a welcoming environment for members and guests, driving revenue through pro shop sales and services, and upholding the club's reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of golf, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for growing the game within a vibrant community setting, making them a central figure in the club's success and member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Manage all daily golf operations, including tee time reservations, tournament coordination, and staff supervision. Oversee the pro shop, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales targets. Develop and implement golf clinics, lessons, and player development programs for all skill levels. Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Organize and execute club-sponsored tournaments and events to enhance member engagement. Requirements PGA or LPGA Class A certification or equivalent professional golf experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in golf operations management or a similar leadership role. Proven track record in retail management, inventory control, and sales. Strong understanding of golf course etiquette, rules, and equipment.
