Sports Concierge - The Pro Shop

We are looking for a Sports Concierge - Pro Shop to join our team. In this role, you will work as a golf and tennis concierge while also serving as a sales associate for retail merchandise in the Sports Pro Shop. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and have some knowledge of golf and tennis. This position requires the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities Greet and assist all guests, including those visiting the Retail stores, in a friendly and professional manner. Provide exceptional guest service by addressing guests by name, anticipating their needs, and offering assistance. Maintain a clean and presentable appearance at all times. Perform opening and closing procedures for the store. Sell merchandise and utilize POS systems effectively.

Handle telephone inquiries and assist guests with their purchases. Manage inventory, restock shelves, and maintain a visually appealing store display. Process special orders and gift-wrapping requests. Stay informed about the retail merchandise available for sale and the services offered at our location. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.

Knowledge of golf and tennis is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Detail-oriented and organized. Familiarity with POS systems is beneficial. Willingness to learn about the products and services offered at our location.
