Log in first1st Assistant Golf Course SuperintendentGolf Club in Polk City, Iowa is looking for a 1st Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.Position Overview: The 1st Assistant will aid the Golf Course Superintendent in maintaining the golf course in tournament-ready condition and at the highest standard of excellence for the enjoyment of our members and their guests.
The 1st assistant reports directly to the Golf Course Superintendent.Requirements1-3 years of experience in golf course maintenance with increasing responsibilities.One, two or four-year certificate or degree in turf, horticulture, or agronomy.Must have or be able to obtain an Iowa Pesticide Applicator License within 90 days of hire.Compensation$55,000 to $65,000 per year.How to apply:Please send your resume and cover letter to the email provided.
