This individual will play a vital role in enhancing the golfer experience, driving membership growth, and providing hands-on management of public play, leagues, and tournament outings.</p> <p>The successful candidate will support the execution of strategic plans, assist with daily operational reporting, and ensure all services meet company standards and industry best practices. We are looking for an ambitious professional who is eager to grow, contribute to a positive team culture, and provide exceptional service. A strong background in golf promotion, tournament coordination, and a comprehensive understanding of day-to-day golf operations are essential for success in this role. This seasonal role is expected to be from April through November with flexiblity to extend. </p>
