Pro Shop & Marina Supervisor Year-Round Intermittent Position Location: Armco Park, 1223 North State Route 741, Lebanon, OH 45036 Schedule: Flexible 1st & 2nd shift weekdays and weekends (Up to 29 hours/week) Pay: Starting at $20 per hour Are you a positive, friendly, and customer-oriented individual would love to help others enjoy the outdoors? The Pro Shop & Marina Supervisor is a working supervisor who schedules, trains, and directs Pro Shop and Boat Dock staff while assisting directly with day-to-day operations. Work includes selling golf passes and concessions, renting golf carts and watercraft, handling payments, maintaining inventory, coordinating outings and school groups, and helping provide a welcoming experience for park guests. The successful candidate will be dependable, organized, comfortable supervising others, and able to provide friendly and professional customer service in a busy outdoor recreation setting. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and a general understanding of golf, fishing, and boating. Supervisory experience, park/golf course experience, and food/beverage service experience are preferred.
