Food Server

Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Food Server and become the face of exceptional dining experience at McGregor Links Country Club! A full-time Server at our golf course clubhouse, The Brackett House, is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to members, guests, and event attendees in a professional and friendly manner. This role involves taking orders, serving meals and drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining areas, and ensuring guests enjoy a high-quality clubhouse experience. Servers work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management to deliver prompt and efficient service while upholding the standards and reputation of the golf club. Duties Greet members and guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system. Serve meals, beverages, and alcoholic drinks in accordance with club standards. Set up and break down dining rooms, patios, banquet areas, and special event spaces. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and clubhouse dining areas. Process payments and member charges accurately. Assist with tournaments, weddings, banquets, and private events hosted at the clubhouse. Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service. Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Restock supplies, condiments, and service items as needed. Provide members and guests with information about menu items, specials, and club events. Experience Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays or supplies up to 25 pounds. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous restaurant, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred. Knowledge of golf club etiquette and member service is a plus.
