Boulder Country Club is searching for an experienced Pantry Chef to join our team. $18-$22 per hour depending on experience.
Job Duties:
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Requirements:
line cook: 2 years (Preferred)
Will be required to work weekends & summer holidays
ServSafe Certified is preferred
Other food handler certificates are accepted
A positive attitude and team player mentality is preferred
references and a working interview are required

Physical Requirements:
Ability to occasionally stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day as business dictates
Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data.
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music, customer and team member traffic.
