Position Overview

The Front of House and Banquet Manager leads Butler Country Club’s dining room and banquet service. This position coordinates daily service, event execution, staff scheduling, and beverage purchasing, working closely with the kitchen and Club management to provide a consistent, welcoming experience for members and their guests.

Job Summary

Responsible for management of dining room service in the manner most pleasing to members and their guests. Assures a high standard of appearance, hospitality, and service in personnel. Supervises and trains dining room staff; manages within budgetary restraints; develops/implements programs to increase sales. The Dining Room Manager reports directly to the General Manager.

Founded in 1908, Butler Country Club is a private, member-owned club with more than five hundred memberships. The Club offers an 18-hole championship golf course, driving range, tennis courts, pool, fine and casual dining, and a full calendar of member events. Butler Country Club is a private, member-owned club with 500 + memberships and operational hours from February through December.

Benefits

$55k to $65k commensurate with qualifications and experience.
