Green Valley Country Club Front Desk Receptionist – Part-Time Weekend Schedule: Saturday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM and/or Sunday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Pay: From $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Green Valley Country Club is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and dependable Part-Time Weekend Front Desk Receptionist to welcome our members and guests and help keep the Clubhouse Front Desk running smoothly on weekends. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent customer service in a friendly club environment. What You’ll Do Greet members and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate department Take dining and event reservations Answer basic questions about Club events, dining, and activities Assist members and guests with general information Help keep the front desk and entrance area neat, organized, and welcoming Create and print menus, daily specials, event information, and other Club materials as needed Assist with light administrative tasks and basic computer work Help distribute information and communications to members Support the Clubhouse team with other light duties as needed What We’re Looking For Friendly, upbeat, and welcoming personality Enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service Professional and comfortable answering phones Organized and dependable Comfortable using a computer and basic office programs Able to multitask and stay organized Professional appearance and attitude Previous hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience is a plus, but not required Why Green Valley?
