The Pin Club Teaching Philosophy
We want golfers to leave Pin Club better than when they arrived.
That doesn't always mean rebuilding someone's swing. Sometimes it means identifying one problem, teaching one concept clearly, building confidence, helping someone understand their equipment, or simply making the game more enjoyable.
Instruction should be educational and individualized—not intimidating.
Why Teach at Pin Club?
Instructors will have the opportunity to teach in a premium year-round golf environment while developing relationships with Pin Club's membership and broader golf community.
Pin Club can provide a platform for instructors to build their teaching business, reach new golfers, utilize modern simulator technology, and participate in programming that helps grow golf throughout the Chippewa Valley.
Independent Instructor Relationship
Golf Instructors are intended to operate as non-employees under an independent professional arrangement.
Final details regarding lesson pricing, facility/bay fees, scheduling, customer payment, insurance requirements, use of Pin Club branding, customer solicitation, cancellation policies, and other terms will be established in the applicable instructor agreement.
Interested instructors should submit a resume or golf background along with a brief description of their teaching experience, philosophy, certifications, and areas of expertise.
