A.M. Kitchen Steward

Principal duties & responsibilities

· As kitchen steward you will ensure cleanliness throughout the kitchen, walk in coolers, & dry storage

· Check invoices against products received noting shorts, damaged goods, or credits before signing

· Rotate stock upon receiving

· Maintain a clean and organized dish room

· General cleaning of floors, walls, trash cans, equipment, & hood filters

· Assist in daily prep

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
