<p>Dallas Athletic Club is seeking a motivated, energetic, and service-driven <strong>Assistant in Training (AIT)</strong> to join our golf operations team. This unique opportunity is designed for aspiring PGA Professionals who are passionate about the game and eager to build a successful career in the golf industry.</p>
<p>Our AIT program begins with a leadership role in <strong>Outside Operations</strong>, where you’ll gain valuable experience managing daily operations and leading a team. As you demonstrate success, you’ll transition into the Golf Shop as an Assistant in Training, with a clear pathway toward becoming an <strong>Assistant Golf Professional</strong>.</p>
<p>At DAC, we believe in developing our team from within. You’ll receive mentorship from five PGA Professionals, exposure to every aspect of private club operations, and a structured environment focused on your professional growth.</p>

<p>As an Assistant in Training, you won’t simply observe, you’ll be immersed in the daily operation of one of Texas’ premier private clubs. You’ll gain hands-on experience leading teams, serving a highly engaged membership, running tournaments and events, managing golf operations, and understanding what it takes to become a well-rounded PGA Professional.</p>
